Is an entry-level job, perfect to start your career, or grow your children’s in case you are a mother. The opportunity to work from home is a plus. They offer trainings and support and communication is very good with Team Leaders and the Project Management.

Cons

Salary is very low, and is hard to grow since is a people renting company after.

Chance to experience a warm work culture, everything seems very appropriated on a personal level with management and the rest of the team Paid training at the beginning of your role

Cons

As always, people do not have empathy when it comes to situations that pertain to the personal areas of employees that are students, there are manipulations from TLs to convince you to dedicate less time to your studies in favour of working overtime for the company The role itself gets really old really quick because of difficult customers and TLs are really only concerned about their own targets
