Company felt like a pressure cooker when I was hired. If you are not good with latest technology or have good poor customer service they will cut you or don't meet their metrics they'll cut you. No paid holidays, have to use PTO for anything outside of scheduled work hours. Pay is low in typcial call center/tech support rate, so unless you're a team lead, upper management, or have a damn good excuse, good luck asking for a raise. Contract lengths getting shorter in recent years (avg 6 mons), so if they think you would be a good fit, there's no set period of when they will pull you aside for a meeting to give you the project scope, like they're dragging their feet to get client to sign the contract. Management is terrible and always hard to contact since most employees are remote, so not really a company directory. Management is promoted from within so most of them are people pulled off the floor and do not always have best business acumen/leadership. Overall, company has gone downhill, and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

unprofessional staff and management. poor management skills, no one cares about employees' mental health and wellbeing. they consider it's always your fault if a customer hates the company. unqualified staff, especially management level, team leads and managers. can't evolve/promote in the company. working in the weekends, public holidays and night shifts. they make you hate the job and they threaten you with punishes like action plans, written and verbal warnings, working from the office, reduce salary etc
