Pros

The people are friendly, and they try to go above and beyond to help you. They foster a team work culture that stands-out among NYC based companies. The company provides a good work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of training for new employees, and the benefits are not so good

Pros

- Great salary. who wouldn't love that :). Too bad I had to leave NY - stable job yet very challenging. - I learnt something new everyday. - My boss was very supportive and easy going.

Cons

- Vacation and benefits package is not that good. - The company has plenty of products/services and each product has multiple aspects... Very challenging as I said!

Pros

There is a teamwork environment and all of the employees make you feel welcome. I especially liked the way employees helped one another on calls when needed.

Cons

Lacked structure and managerial hierarchy. Training was nonexistent for some members on the team. Management was not concerned with engaging employees. They simply wanted bodies in the building.
