Pros
Easy Hire. If you have not worked for sometime, you have a good possibility of being hired if you have any customer service or technical skills. Overtime, paid time off (PTO) and medical. Co-workers are nice, talented (too talented to work at CGS), and underpaid. Give the position six months then move on.
Cons
Not customer solution oriented, Answer call and limit time on the phone. Employees are overqualified. Poor pay, inflexibility, and thinking not encouraged. It is a call center of the worst kind. No holiday pay, no night differential, $11 for life, PTO without prior approval = Pink Slip

There sure aren't many pros to working here. ...Nice neighborhood and public building areas ...Good bunch of workers at CGS who try hard, deserve better, and should set their sights somewhere else.
Cons
...Employees taken for granted and treated like a step above wayward children. No appreciation, no niceties, no fun. No concept of worker satisfaction = greater production = more profit. ...Uncaring atmosphere. Hospitalized or grieving employees don't get as much as a card. ...Employees generally morbidly unhappy. ...Poor insurance coverage which is expensive for employees. ...No casual days, no comp time, no working from home, no summer hours, no employee trust. ...It's always and forever about the bottom line. ...Over promise, under deliver to customers - half my job is apologizing for missing a deadline. ...Antiquated computers and systems. I guess I always expected a tech company to have technology. ...Company will not pay for skills training or continued learning. Something else one would think a tech company would support thoroughly. ...Company generally misses the point like Glassdoor and other reviews having to be earned rather than solicited.
