you can learn to respect the folks who are working in a call center introduces you to the corporate environment if this is your first job learn to manage your time at work young environment

Cons

extremely low salaries versus the job responsibilities and the stress at work accumulated on a 8 hours shift focus on the business quantity&quality output, the human resource is always "replaceable"
