The schedule is as flexible as the team is. I changed shifts lots of times, they don't care who is at work as long as the staffing needs are met. Decent advancement opportunities. You get paid on time and the right amount. Big bonuses on the demanding projects. Those that have 2or3 bonuses are usually the stress-free projects. Various prize contests from time-to-time Soliciting work, but it trains you for bigger challenges (I found my new co-workers had a totally different idea of what a "hard task" or "high workload" are, made me laugh)
