Pros
Excellent for introduction to IT or call center type work. Consistent guaranteed work if you show up on time and follow the rules and policies. Overtime was usually offered on a regular basis (that's where you made the real money). Starting pay was $11/hr.
Cons
While I was there some in management showed favoritism toward some people. It was some of the people in management that made this job tougher than it really is. I worked there for 7.5 years and was never given or offered a pay raise, but given more responsibility as I became a veteran after about a year.
