Some people are nice Most of the time the hours are flexible

Cons

The pay and benefits are awful! Also, management is worthless. If you try to raise and issue they’ll do nothing to help you. There is zero support, advancement, and management loves to pass blame onto lower level staff. The CEO is not a great guy either. His story of how he started the company is compelling but he doesn’t give back. Instead, he undervalues and under pays those who work to help him grow his company.
