No clear structure, poor communication, employees come and go. The management team reacts to our feedback only when it is in their interest or when something bad happens. Many people leaving, even from management. Poor HR department, slow computers,

The supervisor were helpful and the company had some good incentives

Cons

No raises, if u qualified for an incentive and we're moving on and would not be employed at the time of the payout u were eliminated from the incentive

Pros

I enjoyed the actual work, enjoyed taking calls, troubleshooting issues with customers, etc. The actual work environment wasn't that bad, either, they buy pizza for all the employees once or twice a month to show appreciation, and they also serve cake once a month for all the birthdays during that month.

Cons

Supervisors were more like super micro-managers, and were very pushy about scheduling and "QA," which wasn't really "QA" at all, seeing as some of the things they "graded" on were almost laughable. The training also wasn't extremely extensive, and hardly prepared you for situations faced when you're put on the floor. Extremely high turnaround for employees, no one appears to last more than a year before either getting fired for ridiculous reasons, or quitting because they are fed up with all of the foolishness.
