CGS is all about delivering what it promises to their customers. From the top down everyone is committed to meeting or exceeding customer expectations. CGS contunes to grow and expand globally despite tough economic times. Our CEO is very approachable and willing to roll up his sleeves and help. He is a true visionary.
Cons
If you are not a self-starter, highly motivated person this is not the company for you. If you are not ready to hit he ground running and think of the box and be proactive this is not the place for you. If you are the type of person that needs months of formalized training then CGS would not be a good fit. Many job seekers would view these as negatives however, I do not view them as negatives but find it to be an environment that breeds sucess inside and out.
