Supervisors were more like super micro-managers, and were very pushy about scheduling and "QA," which wasn't really "QA" at all, seeing as some of the things they "graded" on were almost laughable. The training also wasn't extremely extensive, and hardly prepared you for situations faced when you're put on the floor. Extremely high turnaround for employees, no one appears to last more than a year before either getting fired for ridiculous reasons, or quitting because they are fed up with all of the foolishness.

Little to no opportunity for advancement. While I was there, I was mislead on what starting salary would be after training then raise freezes were in place. Management always pushed for quantity over quality, and not very concerned with customer service.
