Nice, clean office, secure building, employee recognition, free coffee, co-workers, it's a job.

Cons

No schedule/attendance flexibility, ridiculous amount of micromanagement, horrible morale, no opportunity for advancement, pay not commensurate with experience or even nature of work performed, most employees are well overqualified for the position.

Pros

Entry level job just to get the experience you need to go elsewhere. Don't think of making a career at this place.

Cons

Extremely low pay for what the position requires. Employees are treated worse than those working in a sweatshop. Too much micro management. Management treats employees like toddlers in daycare. No employee appreciation. No pay raises ever. Very high turnover.

Really cool people to work with, the salary was paid on time, taxi rides home on the company, New building to work in. Great first job if you don't have any experience.

Cons

No way to advance, the higher position were occupied by friends of friends and so on, and they were pretty limited so there were rarely any openings.
