Unfiltered Truth: Our Honest Review Inside!
Pros
I used to work the day shift at this company, which was an advantage compared to night shifts. The beginning was challenging, but as time passed, I eventually learned how things worked in the process. Once you get the hang of it, it's like logging into the job and logging out from your work effortlessly.
Cons
If you're late logging in three times in a month, it results in a one-day pay deduction according to the policy. Working late does not warrant overtime pay based on the extra time spent; even if management requests an hour of overtime during peak hours to support the company, you won't receive extra compensation. Your take-home salary is lower compared to the CTC. Even when you finish all your tasks for the day, your efforts may not be fully appreciated. Any mistakes or oversights can lead to blame from management, overshadowing your contributions to the company.
