Pros

If you're looking for a job that's easy to hire and call center experience with remote then this is for you. But fast paced environment low pay and they want you to sale at the end of every call if possible. With at least an attempt. No commissions.

Cons

No commissions on sales at end of call but you are a tech support agent and they do have their own sales department you transfer to if they are interested in sales.

The position was Remote during the pandemic.

Cons

Low pay, overwork, micro managing, high turnover. It's so bad that the company does not offer retirement plans.
