to have a job or need that experience for your resume. co workers are cool cause we are all on the same boat

its 2019 and agents are getting paid peanuts. $11/hr in 2019 and up is a slap to the face. was told a pay raise was going to happen after i got hired, i waited enough to know it was just gibberish to keep the high turnover to a point. 3 months top was my goal but gave them one more month to see if they can regain my trust but failed. a few supervisors dont like taking phones when customers request for them. they say phone calls are monitored and recorded but how come problem solvers dont get recognized?
