Great support from immediate team leads/training is good depending on the account/ Variety of different programs to work for/ Ability to work remotely.

Cons

Pay is too low/ Started at $14 and only got a bump in pay due to min wage being mandated in state at $15/ No raises given no matter how hard you work/ Accounts come and go and you can work several different accounts in a given year/ Expect to work during holidays, even federal ones/ depending on the account. Some accounts are less intensive than others but youll never know until they throw you into one. Again pay is simply not suffice for some of the intensive work you may encounter

Low Pay. No Benefits. Overwork. Burnout. If you are a woman, Management will, with a probability of 75-80%, hit on you.

Pros good colleagues and alright pay that can really depend on you. Work from home. Alright incentives for 3rd party reedemables(like gift cards).

Cons

Schedule for US timezones, hardware and system provided by them that is really bad working on browser vm box. metrics can be pretty strict depending on what type of person you are.
