- some of the trainers and colleagues are really nice and amazing people, and that's the only positive thing I have to say
Cons
- pay is really low - some projects require a lot from the agent and have really important requirements regarding sales ( and sales bonuses) , although it's a customer support role.

Good for IT experience and the people there are generally chill. You really only have to work the hours you are scheduled for, but might go over a little with an additional call
Cons
Pay is low for the amount of work, not enough agents to help relieve hold load, benefits are only good if you have a nice position in the company (otherwise don't bother), and almost no guidance so you have to Google most things. Also most people leave and nobody really wants to be there. Get used to entitled people being jerks
