Administration is awful, schedule is not at all flexible

unfortunately, very poor follow-up training

The managers were behaving badly, you could never take vacantion because a lot of people were quitting all the time, very stresfull- clients yelling and swearing being upset of bad services

Not very good in the training stages

Bad organization between departments, not enough training, too much pressure for what it has to offer.

1. Bad remote desktop technology, which hampers training, and employees are then blamed for lack of progress in training, even to the point of being terminated. 2. Lowest rate of pay in industry, at $12/hour. 3. Hence, most, if not all of your managers and coworders will be idiots.

The training is not so well structured. Fast paced job.
