Lots of work and little pay

Approx 200 People. Majority under one contract that they hold onto by the skin of their teeth. No Operations Management so all teams report to one person who does not have the ability or patience to effectively lead. Micro Management happens because of this. Cameras pointed at employees inside and outside of the building with constant threats that "The cameras are watching". President routinely talks politics and which side he is on, Frequent accusations without merit along with yelling at employees and hauling them into offices for more yelling and threats. Followed by an apology for flying off the handle, then yelling again for the same thing that never actually happened. If you are a woman you can forget about equal wage. Men get awards for work and women get awards for selling tickets and helping with fund raising events and cleaning up. No training whatsoever. New hires sit for at least two months without direction, Then scolded for not being up to snuff on a program run by an uneducated 'favorite'. In short, this is the place where your career goes to die but the front office looks nice and they talk a good talk...then you walk into the pit and lose all of your skill set and your mind. Your bonus will be never on time and far less than they tell you in interview. Note your offer letter does not show a bonus structure and your role can be changed at any time in a direction you didnt want to go. Move on...if you feel like you want something that they advertise get that experience somewhere else.

not the best training for new employes

very difficult to get good help when new. very disorganized from the top down. a lot of changes happen with no kind of notice until you are forced to use it and threatened if you dont. pay is not good to say the least. definitely not for the work you will have to do on a daily basis due to short staffing. prepare to wear many hats and pick up the slack due to poor training

Administration is awful, team leaders are just kids that managers put a lot of pressure on so they become toxic towards their team members. Schedule is NOT flexible at all, you report every single thing you do through a form, when i worked there they added calls from a whole other department that was not initially in the job description and gave us a one day training for it.

Key company clients operate in the IT industry, and there is a bit of a learning curve (information gets a bit technical). But don't be scared/intimidated as proper training is provided.

Their not consistent in training you, to many chiefs and not enough indians....

very fast pase of training , very easy influenced managers and promised jobs to friends or people who like with total disregard to stats . Unable to get promotions if you are comming from outside the company , one of the managers there gave a explination " you have to be familiar with inner workings " ...he said that while he also admitted that he is learning from scratch the " inner workings " same as a new hire .
