In terms of benefits, we hope you heard our recent exciting announcement! On our town hall at the end of September, we announced a significant decrease in our 2022 employee benefit cost. Our leadership takes employee feedback seriously and therefore committed to lowering employee costs for the third year in a row. We hope employees are as excited about this as we are!
