I currently do not have any pros to give.

Cons

We do not get paid enough for the amount of work given to us. If I am pulling the work load of 2 people, I should get paid more than 20 an hour.

Like every company there are some very nice people.

Cons

Leadership does not believe in transformation and this starts from the top. Leadership mentality is - you scratch my back and I will scratch yours Classic case -where they expect a different outcome but do not believe in implementing change Cult mentality - management says the right thing but don't back it with implementation.

No room for growing within the company. They claim to do job tours but it never happens.
