Flexible working Flexible with holidays Good team spirit

Cons

Over worked Underpaid therefore people are leaving . Robots have been introduced but they have many flaws that are being missed by senior management

Unfair treating of staff

There are some amazing colleagues to work alongside

Cons

Managers will say what they want you to hear to keep you in a position as long as they need. I was unfairly awarded a management position which was changed from permanent to secondment to fill a gap of sickness.
