It’s a job with paychecks

Cons

Working here means being given a completely remote setup and being forced go to the office to do independent work from hotel cubicles. If this bothers you, you are not alone; the way this company handled RTO has fostered a culture of distaste for Computershare upper management among employees at all levels, with employees and managers constantly at odds. This is only worsened by the simultaneous cheapness this company shows toward its employees in addition to low pay.

Autonomy to work at your own pace- not meeting stacked

Cons

No salary increase or promotion opportunities Management is numbers driven; Mandated RTO Poor benefits packages that cost $600+/month Poor inefficient systems and too specialized workforce to where you have to hunt down one person to do a single task HR makes it impossible to use your education stipend to provide any real advancement in something meaningful. It has to apply directly to what you do and you won't be able to get your CEP or Financial Advisor license.
