      Bonuses are pretty good. Career advancement is good too.

      They push too much over time. Not enough time with my family. They are unorganized.

      Pros

      It's located right off the freeway Making it easy to get to. The dress code is very casual making it a comfortable environment for the most part.

      Cons

      Payroll is rarely correct or on time. Very poor training for management and team leads. They get thrown into positions and are expected to learn while teaching the agents. On top of that, they are expected to be experts on a product while doing payroll, billing, and making sure that systems are functioning properly. Promotions are given daily almost, but only the title, not the pay. Agents make more money than their supervisors or trainers.

      Was at concerntrix fro a year until I had a nervous breakdown, Low pay, High pressure. Even when I was getting everything A+ they wanted to push me harder. Suffered a lot of workplace bullying and harassment from seniors. Tried to do something about it but no one cared Absolutely killed my spirit and self-esteem to the point I was wondering if I was better off dead. Its a bad job for a high achiever. Because you will never be able to satisfy the demands of this company.
