Thanks so much for the feedback. The business has certainly evolved and we see lots of businesses looking to drive efficiency and productivity improvements using technology. That said -- we haven't given up on customer facing digital products just yet! 60% of our work still reflects this world. Good call-out on consistent use of systems and tools. The industry and market is ever evolving and it is really important we focus on continuous improvement. I'm looking to focus on One Team -- with consistent use of systems of tools -- with a balance of local flexibility to reflect the business size and the local nuances.
