Why do you hire recruiters that force the candidate to lie on the cv? why are the ops manager not seeing skills of the employee rather than just asking us why is there a gap or why did you leave, I mean if on a executive level some one left a company in their past then it is common sense that the person left due to stagnant salaries or burn out, why is this such an OMG situation in todays time? isnt this a business deal or a contract then why the over scrutiny leading us to lie on the cv which is supported by your recruiters or accepted by the ops manager?? isnt it better to have a honest employee than a fake one? no ones life is perfect and its high time we have progressive minds taking interviews and not traditional outdated mindsets of people who look down at freelancing or I stay on rent as reasons to decline a person when he or she may have talent which is completely overlooked, this is 2026 and this is not 2006, how about be honest on who you select in the company and maybe groom them, instead of judging even a two month gap? you seriously got to be outdated to not realise a candidate usually good candidate dont accept jobs randomly and the market is not great, again why is it news to the ops MANAGER? if you dont have these values then why dont you check wIth the recruiter on it? cause their understanding of the company is lie on the CV if gaps are present I was told be only positive NEVER say negative statements, which is not real and its not fare to expect anyones life to be PERFECT.
