Pay comes out on time, incentives can be nice, there are some good people there who try to make things work

Cons

Programs are very uneven, you will live or die based on how competent your Team Lead is, technology on the job is inadequate which cripples productivity metrics

Cons

Low salary. Little opportunity to grow. Long workdays, 9:30 hours. Lackluster benefit package.

Pros

Friendly environment, good facilities, the usual benefits. A good chance to get promoted quickly if join a new account. They don't bother with demoting bad managers and team leaders as it's too much hassle for them to demote anyone that's non-deserving while the agents under them suffer.

Cons

Buckets-system-KPIs is the worst: even if you achieve your numbers you'll be ranked against your team and most likely you'll not receive the full KPIs. Most promotions are task-based: you'll not receive a title as soon as you get promoted neither a salary increase for about six months and sometimes more and you can get demoted anytime unless you receive a title when the management sees it fits.
