Great training and supportive leadership, but shift timing was tough

Pros

Good training program, the assigned TL was a good leader, our SME was helpful and accommodating. After our seasonal contract ended, we were also offered to apply to other accounts with open roles, and according to my colleagues who did the process was smooth.

Cons

To be honest, I really enjoyed my time here. I think the only con for me personally was I got assigned on a closer shift which was hard for me, other than that it was all good.
