Pros

The people at Concept Plus are some of the smartest and most dedicated people I've ever worked with. Since I've been here I’ve learned a lot and gotten to work with some pretty cool modern tech (node.js, backbone/marionette, angular, .net core, mongodb). There are opportunities at CP to learn and move up for those who are willing to work hard. Management takes an interest in employees' career goals and will actively help achieve them.

Pros

I've worked here for almost a year now, have learned so much, and have been recognized for my hard work and accomplishments. No company has ever provided me with the opportunities to grow my career quite like Concept Plus all the while maintaining my sanity! Great people, great products, and a great future here.

Cons

The lead architects work too hard, but they have never required it of me. They are almost too generous with their time and helpful for anyone looking to learn.

Pros

I've been working at CP for over 4 years and hope to continue working here for a long time. The management team is great and is always willing to expose employees to the latest technologies and highly encourages innovation. The management team and everybody who works here is what really makes this place great. CP is one of the few places where employees are extremely smart, respectful to others and make every day fun and enjoyable. I always look forward to coming into work.
