-Vibrant, fun, witty office culture. The workday is full of laughs and good times. -Little hierarchy in organization structure. Employees have a good deal of autonomy to share and implement ideas. -Great perks - lunches, happy hours, amazing office location, extensive snack selection -Management really cares about the employees and gives consistent recognition. -CEO interacts with employees and is laid-back -Everyone works as a team

The staff enjoys company paid luncheons, team building activities, and end of the year celebrations. Concept Plus, LLC's CEO and Management team are present on the day to day operations and encourage an open door policy. Concept Plus, LLC remains competitive, which results in a growing team, and advancement opportunities.

It doesn't take you long to realize that you made the right decision to join the company. You're surrounded by Intelligent Co-workers with a GSD (get sh!t done) attitude. Most importantly the executive leadership are human and actually have families so they preach the work life balance. -Lots of opportunities to contribute in areas that are of interest to you. -Paths for career advancement. -All leadership is highly engaged and approachable. -Direct management invests time in you and is always open to feedback. -Awesome office space with great location
