Pros
-A ton of growth potential doing what you love, whether it's event planning, F&B, grounds, golf, there are so many opportunities to work anywhere in the country.
-This company takes care of their employees. With competitive wages, healthcare, commissions, training, they definitely know how to set their teams up for success.
-If members are disrespectful to the brand, company, or employees, they are held accountable. With private clubs, the staff is almost at the mercy of the membership because it is still a private equity club. With Concert, if you don't fit our culture and show respect to everyone that works here, you need to find another club. To have the support of your company when handling difficult consumers who are high maintenance and sometimes inappropriate, makes me feel secure and confident that I am appreciated as their employee.
-Training. The amount of training and support I was provided with when I stepped into my role was life-changing. I have learned so much in the last few months with my team and we are always looking for ways to improve and make things better in my department.
-Management. I love love love my management team and corporate team. So supportive and helpful! I also love being able to communicate to other team members at sister clubs and get inspiration, feedback, and helpful tips that has been beneficial to their club!
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any negative I have experienced. Insurance is a little pricey for what we are getting would be the only complaint honestly.
