If you want to work with some of the worst people you have ever met in your life, work here. I highly recommend working here if you like: - Being overworked (be prepared to maybe get 1 day off a week) - Being required to work all holidays (so they don't have to pay hourly employees holiday pay), - Getting 1 week off a year (and no additional time for working all of those holidays and weekends) - Overcharging clients and members for everything (oh yeah that monthly service charge that they claim goes to employees doesn't) - Constantly lying to employees and clients about everything shady that is going on. - Crying every day because you are constantly getting yelled at by general managers, members, and clients. - If you like your unrealistic budget getting raised by 20-50% every year work here - Getting constantly lied to and manipulated by upper management - Don't get used to anyone working there, every single person I knew has either quit or gotten fired If I could give negative stars I would. I have never met a more disgusting, foul, and horrible company in my life.

highly disorganized at corporate and club level, poor lines of communication at the club level, mixed messages from corporate vs club level, low quality and standards, working on holidays you're contracted to have off, new duties regularly added to workload with no extra compensation, employee lunch provided each day is often leftover bottom of the barrel food which looks/tastes gross and might even make you sick sometimes, horrible work/life balance. i have never worked anywhere so unprofessional in my life. i never would have considered walking out of a job before, but concert will turn you into a version of yourself you don't recognize.
