Pros

decent pay for entry level, some upper management is helpful and friendly

Cons

Relies heavily on outsourcing which causes a lot of issues for both the employees and the customers. They have very little tolerance for mistakes or attendance even with a doctors notes. I quit but was close to being fired due to their strict policies. I saw good hard working people get the boot for the silliest things. There is a lot of office politics and favoritism. You have to constantly be careful of what you ask or say and who you are asking. They change their policies like they change their underwear. If you don't keep up you get dinged for not being up to date on current procedures. Procedures that even management is not %100 sure about but they expect you to be. I felt like I was on the verge of a nervous break down. The more they outsourced, the heavier the workload got. I'm glad I got out and advise anyone looking to join to look elsewhere. There is little to no room for advancement and the calls for customer service/collectors come so fast you get whiplash. Stay away!

Pros

It was a very people-friendly environment. Lots of fun in the office, potlucks, and camaraderie. I enjoyed being able to determine the time of my shift, and the paid time off and vacation benefits were generous.

Cons

Upper management didn't show much support. There was little incentive to work hard and go that extra mile because when I did work hard, i was unable to move up. The more jobs in different departments I tried to apply to, the harder it seemed to be. Once I was promised an interview, it was scheduled, and then cancelled because, they said, I "didn't turn in" my resume "on time". It was mundane work with no hope of career advancement. I was laid off but would have quit on my own anyway. They need to focus more on skills long-time employees have and foster better career development.
