Pros

Stay in collection or Customer Service

Cons

In my opinion If you want to move up you are bullied by the upper management. Several turnovers. Giving jobs up to offshore instead of keeping the current awesome reps. The CEO and upper management only think of themselves. This is a very unreliable company. This Company is NOT a place that you should consider a career with. I left on my terms. I was not on disciplinary action just FYI. This is a truly a terrible company.

Pros

They cared about the employees and really wanted people working in positions that played to the employees strength.

Cons

It is a fast driving business and if you don't want to work hard, it can be rough.

Pros

The IT group works very well together. The Developers and QA handle Agile/Scrum better than any other company I've worked for. Project managers work very well between clients and IT. Some opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Work-life balance is so-so. Company is very open to working around your schedule, as long as you work around theirs. This is nice when scheduling appointments and vacations, but not so nice when it comes to working late nights to meet deadlines, or when it's your turn to be on call for the biweekly releases. The decision makers have a tendency to default to the cheapest solution without doing proper research, and then find a way to "make it work". Though there are opportunities for advancement, career-pathing is not as direct or as easy as other companies.
