      Mediocre company in an uninspired industry

      Pros

      While most of the high performers have left, some good people do still work there. It's near Portland, OR, which is a plus.

      Cons

      The business lines (debt collection / subprime) are uninspiring, and the roles don't pay well enough to make up for that.
