Got to work with some excellent and very talented people. Top of the line technologies. This company is going places and getting there fast. If you want to work with some fantastic people and new technology AND are willing to give 110%, this is the place for you. Exec's have monthly get togethers with employees to let them know the state of the company and to listen to employees concerns and take questions. The Exec's are open and forthright about the company and where they are going.

Not too much micromanagement. A decent amount of potential opportunities to contribute creative solutions. A mostly relaxed working environment (good camaraderie, casual dress within reason tolerated, etc.) with pleasant middle management and staff.
