Concorde College: No Thanks

Pros

Pay was good. There were occasionally opportunities for advancement

Cons

Extremely high turnover. Every two weeks someone would be let go, usually 5 people at a time. Very stressful environment. You never knew where you stood from one day to the next. Zero feedback from management. All that mattered were the enrollment numbers. Enrollment at any cost. Student education was never even on the radar, just enrollment and passing them through. Students could be placed with "externships" but seldom were able to find full-time jobs afterward.

Pros

Concorde provides students with a great opportunity to get the education they need to begin a successful career in any number of fields. I am proud to be a part of such an organization.

Cons

Clearly they can't quite master writing a job description. What is promised in the interview is far from what you are actually expected to do. When job expectations are not clearly delineated, it only causes problems.
