      Pros

      Great Pay, Benefits, Training opportunities and extras. Interesting work varied Applied Research and Development. Great Team environment when working with peers.

      Cons

      The company relies heavily on short term government contracts, win or lose that have to make significant staffing adjustments. Company is very top heavy, with excessive rate charged to compensate for overhead.

      Pros

      Many employees have worked at CTC for a long time. We care about each other, our clients, and the work that we do. It's more than just a job for many of us. We helped build this company are we're passionate about it.

      Cons

      The past few years have been tough for government contractors due to budget cuts. However, there is still important work to be done.

      Pros

      Easy place to work. Management expects very little from the employees. The most difficult aspect of working there is that you have to find your own work to do. When there is work, there is usually a diverse array of projects to work on. It's a flexible work environment.

      Cons

      CTC's upper level managers don't have a clue about running a professional services company. Over the past few years, the company has laid off more than 2/3 of the staff and they continually lose contracts which result in more layoffs
