excellent experience, nice people to work with, many different therapeutic areas, stable income, many opportunities to make an impact

Cons

difficult to advance, low salary, very small raises if any at all. very expensive benefit package. poor management/leadership. focused on expanding health system and not investing in employees

The Point System Is Horrible. The Cafeteria Food Isn't All That Great. You May Not Get A Raise, And If You Do Its Small.

Hours if you can get hired.

Cons

If you aren’t a licensed professional and applying for a position in registration or any other department that’s not medical and don’t have a family member or friend already in that department they will not hire you. Mr. Neal Schwartz will be sending you 100 plus denial emails unless you’re applying for the bottom of the barrel positions like maintenance or a cook.
