Pros

Below leadership, the workers help each other but frustration is increasing with operations

Cons

Starting to outsource services like IT so over 200 loyal employees will be forced to leave. Common knowledge Cone is for sale, however leadership is not transparent. Extremely top heavy in C-Suite and VP levels and are obviously looking out for themselves.

Pros

Salaries and Benefits are good.

Cons

The CEO makes over $2 Million. COO and other EVPs are also HIGHLY compensated. But they eliminated 50+ VPs, EDs, and Directors to save $. The rest of us are overworked and constantly waiting for our jobs to be axed. CEO is just staying until she can take the system through a merger and get a golden parachute.
