Salaries and raises not based on employee performance but solely on discipline and years in discipline
Travel RNs are paid extremely well, including bonuses, when the rest of us are not getting salary increases

Lack of career/leadership opportunities if you are not a RN, NP or MD
MDs, NPs and other providers don’t pay for cafeteria food, but everyone else, including the lowest paid employees are required to pay for their meals
Limited integrated care practice, many providers still work in silos and it’s a leadership failure
Too many RN, NP and MDs are uninterested in what other departments do even if that knowledge would improve patient care
Leadership does not seem to understand employees’ actual work-flow and how it affects patient care and their decisions for the system reflect that lack of knowledge
