1) Almost obsessive focus on engineering excellence. 2) Open culture. 3) Exponential growth in the last few years - did acquisition, set up presence in USA, portfolio diversity 4) Impressive customer base 5) Very little tolerance for midcority

Cons

1) Aggressive culture - low tolerance for mistakes or anything less than exceptional performance. 2) Since the company is in growth phase - there are a lot of changes happening too fast.
