Constantly searching for new ideas and quick to implement. Lots of creativity and empowerment to the employees. Always growing.

Cons

Low salaries. Shabby office area - dirty washrooms, bad hand cleaning area, shabby worn-out cups for tea - and overall bad-looking offices. Non smiling people and one just feels terrible working there. Since most are not paid well, everyone feels terrible. Parking is short and can not accomodate vehicles of all staff, so one feels terrible from the start of the day when the car is parked in the street.
