Pros

I love what I do and the people I work with. The pay is fair and competitive and overall flexibility/opportunity is great. I plan to be here a very long time. - Pay - Benefits (PTO, 401k, HSA/FSA, Medical/Dental - All are competitive or above average for this market.) - Education reimbursement - Flexibility - Learning & growth opportunities - Regular compensation reviews - Annual bonus opportunity - Staff that really do care about their patients - Teams/depts. tend to be very close-knit

Cons

- Lack of transparency from executives - Poor external communication (Community image has been poor for several years) - Understaffing in patient-facing areas (High COVID burnout) - Some management/executives resistant to change - Inter-departmental collaboration can be challenging (Strict chain of command, unnecessary red tape.)

Pros

they have a residency program for newer cna or cna that come from long term care to learn effectively. as a cna depending on the floor you end up you can get exposed to a lot of different thing and be tiered to do more with you license (in combination with a MA-R).

Cons

um short staffing has lead a lot of newer cna to be training cna, cost of living is crazy so while wage is better. overall feels like we start newer cna at okay rate but it lead to staff that has been here 1-3 to make close to if not the same as them.
