When I started there was solid pay, a clear direction, and great environment.

As time goes on I'm seeing corners cut, salaries and promotions low, and product stagnating.

A global team with good exposure

Cons

Worst structure. every quarter, the job description changes, and they are highly unstable I cleared 7 rounds of interviews and got rejected. then again they hired me immediately. after joining for 40 days, they restructured the organization, eliminated my team and laid me off.
