Pros

RSU's. Some remote work ability. Great colleagues

Cons

Lackof progression into more senior roles throughout the business, expect a 12-18 month wait for a relevant role, in the right entity to become available. Slashed headcount with existing employees interviewing for roles which ae then redacted

Pros

• Brand recognition and solid product-market fit in some areas. • Some talented individuals who genuinely want to make a difference.

Cons

- The Cloud AE org is extremely disorganized, especially in EMEA. Structure changes frequently, and leadership seems to lack a clear strategy. - Second-line leadership in EMEA lacks clarity, direction, and local market understanding. - Micromanagement is prevalent, especially in EMEA, where reps are frequently over-scrutinized rather than supported. - High churn rate: people are regularly hired and fired. If you’re interviewing, ask how many Cloud AEs or SDRs have left or been let go in the past 12–18 months — the numbers are telling. If you are put on a PIP, start looking for a new role. - The environment in EMEA is toxic, driven by micromanagement and blame-shifting.

Pros

Good pay No other cons

Cons

No work-life balance at all. You're expected to be available all the time with no boundaries. Management is poor. Managers don’t do much apart from assigning cases. There are no defined work responsibilities. You can be asked to do anything—webinars, helping marketing teams, or even call center work—just so the director can validate your work hours. No clarity on roles or responsibilities. You’re treated like a resource that can be used anywhere for anything. Team culture is toxic. Teammates are jealous of each other and constantly gossip behind each other’s backs. Management can fire you or ask you to resign anytime without giving a proper reason. Team leads are promoted internally from the same group. They have no experience managing a team and are only focused on politics and favoritism. Most teammates are demotivated because of the constant politics and lack of real leadership.
