Pros
Flexible and comfortable. Most people are very friendly. Exciting to work for an up-and-coming company with a promising product. The product is unique and makes sense and is easy to get behind. Benefits/pay is decent.
Cons
Some positions get monotonous and boring. The market is hard to break into and it can be disheartening to work so hard and not have the industry validate the efficacy of our products. A lot of people are frustrated with upper management and decision making around the direction of the company. Not everyone feels stable in their job because of so many structural changes. A lot of disorganization and lack of communication. Some employees that have been with the company for a long time are overlooked and are not receiving the credit they deserve for the hard work they have done for the company.
