Pros

The people that are NOT at the top of the corporate ladder are very easy people to get along with that's all I have.

Cons

Very ungrateful, uneducated, unprofessional senior management team that only care about themselves and if even, the company. The harder you work the more they expect, the dumber you play the more you grow... Does that sound like a place you want to spend at least 40 hours a week working? I didn't think so. If you do, think about this how would you like to be reporting to those who know nothing about what you do yet they criticize you daily/weekly? On top of that, people never follow any processes. You can tell someone 100 times what the process is but they never remember and then don't even follow the very clear instructions when you repeat yourself again for the 100+ time ... THE WORST HR department... Don't expect anything more of them and/or trust your sharing any type of confidentiality. And say good bye to your personal life, You will eat sleep and breathe Conformis all day everyday as long as they can help it. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about themselves or their families. This is the most stressful job I ever had and I can guarantee you that 95% of employees feel this way hence the shortages in most departments. Look around, no ones happy! If they are smiling, it's very likely forced.

Pros

The work is so easy that they can train a monkey to do the job and the pay was ok....that's it.

Cons

You have to be a butt kisser or related to upper management in order to be recognized. Then you can sit around all day doing little or nothing, get paid and be appreciated while the people who are actually busting their butts trying to make deadlines get yelled at for not doing "enough work" and for the littlest mistakes. All the manufacturing supervisors are idiots. They don't have the slightest clue about the job and sit on their butts all day watching YouTube and then they write an occasional email yelling at each other about dumb mistakes that other shifts are doing. They are overpaid dummies who need to be fired. They treat employees so bad and if you go to HR you just get brushed off. HR was suppose to be there help us but they care about the employees being mistreated. Manufacturing department gets treated like stupid little kids but we do the most important job. Without the manufacturing team the company would not be what it is. If they treat their employees better maybe there wouldn't be as much "mistakes" made. I know plenty of people who made some mistakes on purpose just to make upper management mad. Conformis is also THE MOST CHEAPEST company I ever worked for. They never want to give manufacturing anything they're worth but people who work in other departments get special treatment. Tell me why the stockroom/shipping guys get paid more than the manufacturing team when all they do is inventory and sign off packages. Manufacturing is definitely being under appreciated which is why I don't recommend working for those morons. Phillip Lang seems like a good hardworking man but he really needs to put his management team in check or the company will fail miserably.

Pros

Managers don’t check in, I only have two surgeries to cover every mon and tues I’m done with work by 10am and can go home and work on my personal business. Wed-Fri they think I’m out trying to get business, fools. decent base salary + the commissions I make on existing business puts me at an annual income between $120-130k pretty good for only working about 6-8 hours a week!

Cons

Sinking ship if they don’t change upper management and CEO needs to go.
