The company treats every employee as an integral part of the team. You will get to know what is happing with a Quarterly meeting with senior management. Every two weeks there is an organized fun event within every team to build companionship between your work buddies. Apart from Medical, the company gives great perks like Night allowance, Accidental insurance.

Cons

The workload is quite moderate but varies from team to team. Evey individual is expected to go above and beyond and your annual increment would be considered on the basis of how much above and beyond you have gone in comparison to the other employees in your team. Every team has its own set of parameters for the same, you might be doing great work but someone in another team doing less work might have a much better annual increment compared to you.
