Cons

Lack of transparency from management regarding work being available... you can be furloughed or laid off with the snap of the company loses work... deadlines for project completion are unrealistic much of the time... they just lost out on a contract to cover a lot of territory here in California

Cons

No work-life balance. No appreciation for the little people doing the bulk of the work. All hyperbole, nothing genuine. Will grind you up and spit you out.
